I have found that adding a few simple foods to my everyday diet, weight loss has become more of an easy transition as opposed to the typical weight loss struggle.

The first food in my weight loss arsenal is Chia seed. Chia seed is loaded with nutrition. Once referred to as “the running seed” because of the sheer energy it supplies, this seed is a nutritional power house. Chia seed has more calcium than milk, more iron than spinach and more fiber than bran. I find it easiest to add to my breakfast in either oatmeal or yogurt.

Another natural weight loss remedy is Organic Apple Cider. It is very important that the apple cider vinegar is organic. I have found Braggs Organic Apple Cider Vinegar to be one of the best. You will see that this vinegar has the “mother” in it. Most of your typical grocery store vinegar will have the “mother” particles strained from the vinegar. I have found that by adding 2 Tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to about 1/2 cup of water and taking it everyday, you may enjoy many health benefits including weight loss. One of the most surprising benefits of the apple cider vinegar was a relief from allergies. Since incorporating the vinegar into my daily routine, I no longer need my allergy medication or my acid reflux
medication.
