I smoked a pack a day for over 20 years and started e-smoking 3 weeks ago. I noticed a huge improvement in my breathing and lung capacity within days of switching to the e-cigarette. Starting with e-liquids/cartridges of 24mg nicotine content, I reduced them to 18mg after 2 months, and intend to further reduce them to 11mg in the next few months, aiming at reaching 0mg.
